Wanted a Nintendo switch for me and the wife to play games on together, this is the perfect family gaming console! So many games to choose and play

When I first viewed the Switch, I was a little skeptical having been burned by Nintendo after the Wii U debacle. While I was one of those that did enjoy the Wii U, the lack of software left a bad taste in my mouth about purchasing another Nintendo system. I got over my resistance to purchasing it and bought one a few weeks ago. I haven't been disappointed. The hardware's ability to turn into a home console and back to a handheld is very useful, and the compact size makes it easy to handle. The hardware is pretty hardy for a handheld, and the screen and processing power are rather impressive for a handheld. The quickness of switching between the console screen and a tv is almost instantaneous, and the issues that bog down disc based systems are non-existent for the Switch. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Highly recommend getting a switch even if its just the classic gray version you should have this system in your collection. Nintendo finally hit a home run, the portability and transport of the system is so easy to bring around unlike the other consoles. Battery life is very long lasting when playing in handheld mode. Terrific screen clarity very good color quality. The joy cons are small but surprisingly comfortable. The dock for the joy cons haven't used to much i find it uncomfortable. The on board memory is small but its very easy to insert a SD card to expand. The HDMI cord is also a short one but that shouldn't be an issues who doesn't have extra of them lying around the house. The game library is small but its got some fantastic titles to keep you busy while they crank out some more games. Plus they dash board keeps you update on deals and Nintendo news.

Good console so far. I got as a gift for my nephews after they enjoyed using my switch lite. Nintendo support can be difficult to deal with but the product itself is good.
