I have not used it in the portable mode at this time. Not a big fan of the joy-con controller but have already purchased a wireless Gamecube Controller (designed for the Switch) and it works perfectly with the system The user interface was easy to use as was linking my Nintendo account. All and all, I'm pleased with the system, just not it's availability.

So much fun

Figured it would be fun for him. It’s amazing. Nintendo has really stepped up their game since the Wii U. The portability is awesome, the controllers are great and the game play is very good. We bought him Mario odyssey, Mario and rabbids and it came with star link. He downloaded fort nite for free to play with his big brothers. Hasn’t touched the other three games, but I have and Mario odyssey is worth the price.
