Fun system with descent games as of right now. Wish Nintendo threw in a free game with the console

The Nintendo switch is a awesome handheld gaming console that has great graphics, a large library of available games, and ease of portability. I especially enjoy being able to take it abroad on international flights to pass the time. The Switch also has a dock and able to plug into a hdmi cable so the it can be played on a tv. The switch comes with a wireless controller to be able to use on the unit or a tv. Overall it is a great product!

I bought it just for the legacy Nintendo games, but it’s great beyond that.

What can I say, this wasn't my first Switch and I still think this is a great console. Ya it may not be the most powerful but its portable and their are a ton of great titles for it. Love my switch!

The switch that comes in a red box have better battery life and feel slimmer.

After being a lifelong fan of Nintendo since the NES, I lost interest with the Wii U. I did not want to use a tablet and I thought the device was drastically underpowered as a home console. When the Switch was announced, I immediately wrote it off for several reasons. Within a few months after the Switch launched, I saw my friend playing Zelda Breath of the Wild on the big screen. I told myself I'd watch for five minutes before heading out to run errands. An hour later, and after my friend completed one of the dungeons, I finally walked out the door to run my errands but not before Zelda and the Switch had won me over. For the next few weeks I searched high and low for a Nintendo Switch and had no luck until I caught wind of Best Buy getting a restock soon. I stood in line at Best Buy and was one of the lucky few to get the console and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single minute I have spent with the device. I've used it on airplanes. I've played it on car trips. I've played it on my lunch breaks at work. When I get home at night, I simply put the Switch on the dock and continue from right where I left off. If you're on the fence about getting one, go for it. The device is amazingly convenient and it has two phenomenal games to play in Zelda Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8. Nintendo still has what other companies often fail to deliver and that is sheer fun.

What sets this home console apart from others is how portable it is and how easily accessible local multiplayer can be.
