The Switch is absolutely amazing and a lot of fun and has UNBELIEVABLE graphics, it’s a bit pricey but I can’t say it’s not worth it , my son received it for Xmas and hasn’t put it down since then , and they just keep coming out with more & more games for the Nintendo Switch, I would definitely recommend buying this for your kids!!! Great investment, and you can take it anywhere !!

I purchased this Switch as a gift for my nephew. He absolutely love it and can’t put it down. The picture quality is awesome.

Sleek, easy to learn, fun games with more to come. Multi player is easy set up/join.

Certainly people don't necessarily buy this for the outstanding specifications and graphics Nintendo systems provide. Many people buy it because of the quality of games. Zelda is a great system seller for this and unfortunately the system as of launch did not have many options for games. The system itself is faster than the Wii U and fun to play. Much better portability than the previous console.

Nintendo switch is what I expected. Good platform for children.

Bought this for my husband so he could play at work on his breaks. When he gets home we hook it up to the television and it looks great.

So, despite my complaints I bit the bullet and got the Nintendo Switch, which I'll likely be selling my WiiU to make up the difference for that mess. ANYWAY I wanted to get my thoughts out after actually getting my hands on the device. It's a surprisingly well built machine, it's the first tablet I've seen with screws that would allow you to open it up to change the battery if it were to fail. The joycons feel really well built, and it's nice that you can sit back with your hands not together with normal controllers, especially if you're like me and have wide shoulders and a barreled chest. My hands are medium sized with sausages for fingers and over all I have little issue with the joycons. The biggest issue I have is the minus button on the left joycon, I cannot for the life of me reach to hit it with my thumb, I gotta use my other hand. The "dpad", is as a I thought not great. For all the Nintendo fanatics insisting "you need to try it to know" no, I didn't, it's 4 face buttons and not a pivoting dpad. It works fine for menus but it's functionality is minimal at best for platformers. The buttons are click-y and nice overall and the sticks function well. Obviously something like the XB1/PS4/WiiUPro sticks are better for precision but, for a portable/non portable device? Totally serviceable, though if you have bigger hands you may not like the right analog stick location unless you're using the included joycon holder thing.

Fun to play away from tv. Could use higher quality controllers.

I bought the Nintendo Switch for my 6 year old son with the Mario Odyssey game. I love the versatility of using it 3 ways: on the tv, on the go, and using the joy cons with the portable screen. My son is still getting used to it but so far he loves it. I loved playing video games as a child/teen, and it’s great that I get to play them with my kids now.

I have a PS4 before. Although there are not too many game in switch like PS4. I still love to play it. It is the best choice if you did not love PS or xbox.

This game system is by far my favorite one as of yet! The versatility of the game console is the best part. The docking station allows connecting to and using a big screen tv. But, if you need to leave, one can pull the game system off the docking station and continue playing as a handheld game system. Would recommend this one for anyone.

I like it, easy to play the price was to high and my kids love it

I have an Xbox One S that I love. I have played the PS4. I recently owned a 3DS. I must admit that I prefer the Switch over all the other modern systems. Yes, it doesn't have the same graphics power as the Xbox or PS but you can take it with you. Breath of the Wild is great as a game. There is also a lot of nostalgia with this system, but the dual use just trumps everything else.

The kids love the unit, but for me the games cost to much. I would like to see games at a lower price. Thanks Lovve

Hands down, the best console to own during this pandemic and lock down. I was lucky enough to snag one and I'm glad I did.

The switch is truly a fantastic console by Nintendo. By making the Nintendo Switch able to switch from handheld to a regular docked console, Nintendo has made it easier than ever to enjoy gaming on the go and at home. Nintendo has been the leader in innovation and they continue to bring new and fun ideas to fruition.

I bought it and just paly for few day. However, so far so good.

Can’t provide details yet because we haven’t opened the box (kid’s birthday present), but the Switch is a great console.
