Purchased item for Christmas, best buy was the only place that had them when I was looking

Great system for teens, younger ones and the family as a whole. Many games don't need an Internet connection and the portability is awesome. Play on the TV, online, in the car, Dr's office, anywhere. Game downloads are smaller than other consoles so there's lots of storage for games. Great family console with hours of fun!

The Nintendo Switch is an awesome system! I like how it is completely portable. I typically play it on my TV but I have taken it out to play on the go. One of the best features is the system never fully powers down. I can stop a game, take the system somewhere, nd then resume the game exactly where I left off without booting up. It's great!

I was skeptical about purchasing this console for my teen son, but it does not disappoint. The versatility of the unit, the great games available and the portability make this a system worth considering. We have had no issues with connections or general use. Very fun little unit that was designed well.

Looked and looked all over town for this. We are so happy we found it. It was a birthday present!

Awesome little console, portability and ease of use is top notch and the ability to dock it and connect to a tv and take your gaming to the tv is a major bonus. And vice versa, if you wanna continue your game but you have to leave, just pop and your on the move.

I had my switch since day one with Zelda. It was worth it then, and its worth it now. I've expanded my library by a few games like Mario Kart 8 and tetris and Minecraft and they all work flawless. I mostly play it portable if my kids are watching the tv and i can't play my ps4 and the graphics are pretty good. Battery life is good aswell.

I hadn’t anticipated how much of a challenge this was go get when our 6 year old wanted this for his birthday. So the search began! It seems it took me significantly less time to get one than others. But i highly recommend downloading the Best Buy app, I would check it randomly at all during the day and one night in the middle of the night I checked and it restocked and I was able to grab it and pick it up the next day at curbside pick up. If you are having a hard time finding one, it seems like the pop up in the early morning house. The person bringing the switch out said that other customers zeroed in on her when she walked out with the box! The console it’s great and we love the portability of it. Our little guy couldn’t be happier to use it! The games are crisp and relatively easy to figure out. It seems now I have to be on a hunt for another one for his little sister so they can play together... let the search begin!

Amazing concept. Great portability. Some games even look great on a large TV. Pain in the butt though! Joy con’s drift and had to be replaced a few times. I’m saying this as an adult owned console. Was buggy connecting to the TV. It stopped reading games and had to be sent it. Battery life sucks. Kickstand broke off. Requires internet for a lot of things which seems to be the norm. The account situation also sucks. It’s great but quality isn’t quite there and it could be sooo much better.

Love, love, love this system! Really great on my smart tv and the quality is awesome! Gift for my daughter who loved it a lot.

This should have been the next product launch after the Wii. If you are wanting the best gaming graphics then the Switch is not for you, but if you want some great games and a portable experience then make the switch. The Switch is great for families and for single player gaming. Lots of potential and some good game launches on the horizon.

This is for my son's birthday/Hanukkah/Christmas present. He has always loved Nintendo consoles, and I'm sure will love this.

Best invention yet! To have a quality game system that is both a hand held and a console. And you can play in table mode with the controllers detached! I bought this for my 7 year old. While the games are pricey, if you create an account on Nintendo, you can add games to a wish list and Nintendo will email you when those games are on sale. And the sales are often really good deals! I also like that it is not automatically online so you can choose to not sign up for the multiplayer online games. We got the case with the adjustable stand for table play and to store games for on the go. You can also purchase a screen protector. Whatever you do, DO NOT use any type of alcohol cleaning pads on the screen as it will leave permanent marks. I read that somewhere. Best to just stick to water and mild soap if needed. Other than that, we both love the Nintendo switch!

Great quality no issues and easy to setup. I would definitely purchase a case or protection with it.

This is my first Nintendo console ever and I absolutely love the Nintendo switch. I passed on the wii and wii u years back because they didn't appeal to me but everything about the switch is appealing. It's lightweight, takes up no space at all and i love how u can take it anywhere u go. Really good system from Nintendo, highly recommended.

It was hard to get since it was sold out in every store. But I was lucky to find it at a not too far location. Loved the option to have it in a console or as a personal game. I really like the colors and the size. Very user friendly. I definitely recommend it.

The Switch is, in my opinion, the best console I've ever played. I can't get over how seamlessly they incorporated the concepts of a traditional console, Wii, Gameboy, and touchscreen all in one console. It has a lot of potential and I hope Nintendo puts out games for children and adults alike that will really highlight all these features.
