Seems used or they didn't care to grab a new one. Glad my disc wasn't damage and the game is great just not how I got it.

Game is fun sadly missing DLC from preoder

But since best buy mess up and not give me the pre order DLC . Also, support was not able to help. Overall so far it is a enjoyable game and I recommend this game. But, highly not recommend buying from best buy when it come to pre order product.
