Was looking to buy the 9" DVD player but the store only had the 7" and 13.3" screen. I decided on the larger screen and was happy I did.

This worked fine at first. I got about 2 hours battery life which was long enough to watch 1 full movie. After time, just a few months, a fully charged battery would only last about 1 hour, so I couldn't even watch a full movie. The place where I used it didn't offer me the option of plugging it into a wall socket, so I just stopped using it. As far as I can tell, the battery can't be replaced, so until I use it some place where I can plug it in, it just sits and gathers dust.

The product appears to be very durable and is easy to operate.

Due to recent power outages in my area, I needed a new portable DVD player with a rechargable battery. I chose this product based on screen size and battery life ; bigger screen & longer battery life then my previous portable DVD player. Battery lasted approximately 6 hours on a full charge.

Its very user friendly. Open the box and there you go!

I'm quite pleased with the screen and the way the screen turns all the way around, the volume is is good.

Purchased this item for my sole use (no children or other adults). The unit has been a nightmare and the Best Buy I bought it from said "No Help" as that is what Geek Protection is for. Well do not be sucked in as why should one have to pay more for a product to work for at least a reasonable time (Mine is completely dead in the water after 6 months..screen is blank..buttons are non-functioning). Problems: FFD button when pushed would ask me to chose DVD, USB, etc. Volume buttons did not work correctly as they had to be pushed multiple times to make any change....and the up would decrease the volume and the down would increase the volume and vice versa. Choosing PLAY, CHAPTERS, PREVIEWS was a crap shoot as to where I would end up. Pressing Play often made the unit Pause and then just sit there. No pushing any button(s) worked to right that problem other than opening the DVD door and loading again. I should have known as they wanted me to get a Best Buy Card when I purchased for a Discount of 10% on my first next purchase + Cash Back. Even the store clerk was confused and rightly so as none of the financial incentives came through. So with all these problems....why can't Best Buy come through and make it right. Maybe because they know their wares are not that reliable and to be reliable they need their GEEK Squad at the ready. To say the least I'm very put out with this situation. Just saying every person has an average of 250 friends and each of those has 250 friends. WORD SPREADS!! dcinpa

Best in class compared to other models. Video quality and sound are superior to similarly priced items.

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely love it. Easy to operate and she can watch her favorite videos basically anywhere in the house.

Wish remote had battery provided. Good value. Easy to use.

I have only used it a few time, so far I do like it. I do have one concern: the material doesn't seem to be that durable. I had plan to use it outside when I exercise, but I'm a little skeptic about it surviving a fall. It would be nice if there was a sleeve/jacket/cover that I could use to protect it even when it's playing. But, I'm still happy with my purchase!

Bought it for a young adult to use while lounging at the patio. Very potable and easy to use.

Very Useful for its orginal intended use which is to watch movies, DVDs anywhere.
