I have tried 3 different manufacturers of portable DVD players. This one is Ok performs well, has many good features but the volume quality is an issue for me. It is better than the last one but not as good as the RCA I had for years

We purchased this for a trip we were taking. It was a long car ride so we wanted something to keep the kids occupied for a bit. It works really well and didn't skip at all while driving. I also like that It can be charged so it doesn't always need to be plugged in.

I am in the process of moving I canceled my Verizon package last month and bought this portable DVD player as a fill in since then my girlfriend liked it so much she purchased the same item what more could I wrote

Player is the size of a laptop but much lighter. I wish it was a Blu-ray player not just DVD.

An excellent portable player for watching your favorite DVD while traveling or just moving into the next room. The screen is large enough to catch detail too. For CDs and serious music I would suggest using a good headset or a set of external speakers. The headset for traveling and speakers for when you won't be relocating the player as often.

In my limited use before I returned it, I'd say the player works ok, but the remote is awkward. It's like someone who hardly ever used a remote designed it. It's tiny, the buttons are all crammed together with no logical grouping and separation, there is no on/off button on the remote, and you have to be precise in pointing it at the machine or it won't get "read". Also, the door of the DVD tray pops up only a little bit when you press the "open" button, so you have to struggle to pry it open more to insert/remove disks (it doesn't even open enough on its own to put a finger (or anything) under the lid). Not a good choice for frequent use or for old folks!

It was good for the price. Need to keep it plugged in all the time. The battery doesn’t really hold a charge.

It has a pretty big screen for the kids to enjoy their favorite movies on the road.

Bought for older sister as gift. She could not understand directions. Best Buy VERY helpful in N. Carolina. Best reason to purchase there In reviews from other buyers they told how to set program so you can stop movie and restart at same place instead of beginning She will take back to store to fix
