    Love the 13" screen. Better than trying to watch a movie through a "knot hole". Easy to use. Grand kids really enjoyed it on a road trip.

    salesman sold ,me a pair of ear phones cost me extra 25.00. I got home opened box dvd player had a pair in it why didnt the sale rep tell me ? Would like to have my money back for the extra pair I do not need I this possible ?

    Sales person seemed to want to be helpful, and he was pleasant-I think he may be new, and need to develop more knowledge . The wait was extremely long though, and it did not seem for any apparent reason.

    First one didn't work. Second one won't hold a charge. I'm a tad frustrated. I have to go BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN.... the men/reps are very kind. That's as good as it gets.

    Overall a “good” rating. Pictures aren’t always that clear/sharp (I realize that can be a function of the picture itself). I can’t always jump “back” to a previous scene to review the subject again.
