    I really enjoy this unit. It would be nice however, if the top did not look like a very cheap plastic. Sound is great and I love the 13" screen.

    Overall a “good” rating. Pictures aren’t always that clear/sharp (I realize that can be a function of the picture itself). I can’t always jump “back” to a previous scene to review the subject again.

    salesman sold ,me a pair of ear phones cost me extra 25.00. I got home opened box dvd player had a pair in it why didnt the sale rep tell me ? Would like to have my money back for the extra pair I do not need I this possible ?

    First one didn't work. Second one won't hold a charge. I'm a tad frustrated. I have to go BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN.... the men/reps are very kind. That's as good as it gets.

    "Portable" doesn't mean small. It is the size of a laptop. Plays well and the remote control is a plus.

    This DVD player has poor sound quality. It’s not very loud and when you turn it up all the way the sound gets static. We would like to return it but Best Buy only allows returns after 15 days so we are stuck with it.

    Love the 13" screen. Better than trying to watch a movie through a "knot hole". Easy to use. Grand kids really enjoyed it on a road trip.
