Poor sound quality

It’s not very loud and when you turn it up all the way the sound gets static. We would like to return it but Best Buy only allows returns after 15 days so we are stuck with it.

Hopeful it will work

My son is having to put weight on top to keep the CD playing. It was given us a gift and this is the first time he tried to use it. Hopefully it was the store will honor the warranty.

Sylvania Got better!
