Giving this to an elderly friend to enjoy but we could not raise the volumn so I returned it.

This is garbage. With no apparent defects visible, I inserted a DVD of a type acceptable to the unit. After hearing a few clicks as the screen indicated "loading", it displayed "no disc". Same result in trying 3 different known good discs. Most likely the read head transport mechanism is defective, or maybe it cannot 'see' a disc. Either way, it's going back to BB and I will not buy another. Recommend you save your money for something else. Most portables are inferior junk with different labels pumped out of the same sweatshop in Asia.

I sent this to my elderly friend for Christmas, so she could have an uncomplicated way to watch all her favorite DVDs. Unfortunately, after much trial and error, a nephew helped her discover why it doesn't work: the top doesn't stay closed. In order for her to enjoy a movie, she has to keep a weight on top of the lid. It's a shame I don't live closer to her so I could return it so I could get her a player that actually works as it is supposed to. But since she doesn't get out, this will have to do, I suppose.

Stopped working for no reason. I took good care of it and one day I was going to use it and the screen turned on then went black. I plugged it in because I thought it the battery died but no. It continues to go black. Dk what happened

it's made from cheap plastic , a bit noisy but works well enough for my needs .

Its good for basic movie watching but is cheaply made and doesn't have many functions

Never took it out of the box, returned, wanted one that would take BluRay DVD's.

The player works excellent but the remote controller for it never worked.

Just not the quality I had hoped for. Not the easiest to operate, picture is average. Seems dated to me.

Good resolution, sound ,picture.Easy to carry would definitely purchase again

Hard to view in bright light, also difficult for multiple viewers to be able to see clearly at the same time.

Not really worth what I paid. Works ok not great. Would not recommend it to anyone.

One of the players had a screen loose but we fixed it.

We got this to take in a road trip. Over all it was great.

This DVD player is adequate for the job but does not seem very sturdy.

The machine works well, but I can't get the remote to work.

Would buy again if needed. Not sure if i would recommend?

I got this for a Christmas gift. last minute shopping.

I just opened it to watch a movie. I will be bringing it back to the store because it’s a defect in the top. The movie want play unless you hold the top down.

I have purchased this dvd layer for my kids to watch the movies in car during trips. It worked only few days and only white screen is appearing now. The quality is very poor and returned at store. I would recommend better quality product rather than buying this one.
