It didn’t have enough battery life to last through one whole movie. We returned it.

Too chunky - almost like a laptop from early days. Sorry, I have to return this item. Works nice, but not easy to carry around

It's impossible to properly play TV shows that are in 4:3 aspect ratio. The only option is widescreen, so everyone's faces are stretched out. Boo.

I gave this as a gift it no longer works after less than 6 months and cannot reach anyone at Best Buy to assist.

Literally garbage. Ordered it for our new school year, opened it this week, and my kids couldn’t get through a single 10 minute math lesson without it skipping and restarting a dozen times. Of course the return window is now closed. Look elsewhere unless you’re feeling nostalgic for 1999 technology

picture is average - but the sound level is too low for car. My kids have to use earbuds and they complain about it being too soft while in a car. otherwise, it's okay

The dvd holder cover will not stay closed. I have to put a lightweight object on it to keep it closed.

I purchased the warranty. I'm on my 3rd one. I'm extremely unhappy with the product that was highly recommended to me.

Extremely hard to open the DVD cover and once you do it is extremely hard to get it to stay closed. After you do get it to play, it will play for a few minutes and then pause, start again for a few minutes and then pause again.

This DVD player is inexpensive, but was nothing but problems. It takes forever to load, skips a lot, and then started saying the DVD loading door was open when it wasn't. We had to return it and wouldn't recommend it.

Remote and buttons are not effectively. Frustration and returned this to store.

This was not what I wanted. I tried to return the unopened box and was told that it was to late to return. I thought I had 30 days to return this item but I waited too long. During the Corona Virus I stay away from stores and order everything on line. Thanks a lot for working with me. I would have bought something else. Never Again

I bought this for my husband to use while in hospital. It was a disappointment because it would not play some DVDs. I returned it.

This thing is cheap and was defective out of the box. It looks nice however its cheap construction makes you wonder what your paying for. I returned it because I didn't feel it was worth the money. Don't waste your time.

I bought this DVD player for my son and it only worked for maybe one month and we had to return it because it just quit playing movies.

Absolute garbage! Only 2 days after my return period ends, that's when I'm getting "No Disc" message! Stay away, unless you want your DVD player to last a month and a half! Is there anything nowadays built with quality and reliability in mind? Probably Not!

Sorry machine mis advertised. Still waiting the rest of my refund!!!!

We are disappointed...it doesn't play blue ray dvds and the controls are confusing

Poor video quality. Go with Sony. I ended up returning it and bought a used Sony on EBay.

There's a reason why the shelves are full for this brand and they are empty for the Best Buy Brand. I had to return it. It had a green spot on the right side and then it stopped playing dvd's altogether. I had to return it almost as soon as I bought it. When I got a replacement, there was a purple streak running down the right side.
