However, when I went to use it the part where you put in the dvd wouldn’t close. Best Buy never offered to trade it in or offer to fix it.

The sound quality is poor

I couldn't understand what was being said I ended up putting ear plugs in to e sure driving while others were watching a movie.

Don't waste your time or money.

If the lid doesn't close, the DVDs won't play. I returned it to the store. I won't by that brand ever again.

After that, it was done -- it would not play any others. The review requires a star rating; ideally, it would post without any stars at all.

Portable DVD player

Went to local east side Madison and none in stock and was diverted to west side. Had to waste my time and travel cost to fix their customarily poor service. I have had very poor luck on what ever I purchase from Best Buy.

One of them went to black screen during playback on all discs and the other one would not recognize any disc I put in.

Cover doesn't close properly

A DVD is inserted, cover closed and in order for DVD to play you have to hold the cover down (not too much). But other than that I like it. Just purchased 5.8.21. Will be exchanging in a few days
