I didn't work the first time I purchased it so I had to take it back when I took it back I got another one and that one didn't work handgun yeah nothing happened to that I just got nothing for my money but I was going to keep going back.

Is best you call to activate in the store. Because the product Never work the product Maybe was T-Mobile, they arr don’t understand the product. really other day I prefer don’t buy that. If you buy try inside the store is best.

I bought this to refill a pay as you go phone, but activation was a pain on the phone. I ended up calling T-Mobile and spent over an hour with 3 different people to finally get it activated.

It took a day and a half to activate this SIM card with TMobile. What’s worst is that customer service tells you different information and non of those info work. Asked for supervisor numerous times but no avail.

Store sold me an expired SIM card. What a waste of $50 and had to buy a different one for my in-laws visiting from out of country.

Was given runaround and could not activate sim and service

I was told it was easy to activate. But boy was it difficult!! I had to use someone elses phone to call tmobile to activate. Since i have no service. Online activation kept telling me to pay $50.

Looks like a good plan, but we had problems. Had to activate it twice, then it worked for about a week and then no service. After over 1 hour being passed around at T Mobile support, hung up and returned to BB. Athough not a returnable item, BB took care of us anyway.

This was terrible. The setup was a massive pain & took 2 days to get service. Then kept having to add more money within days of activation. Customer service not helpful at all wish I would have returned it to get that initial $50 back. Only used it for a little over a week before going with something else.

Be warned!! This was supposed to be a simple purchase, a new sim and plan to be used with a normal, previously purchased (through t mobile) phone. It would NOT activate. And according to T-Mobile there was no record ot the plan ever existing!

After lots of difficulties activating the card with t-mobile it turn out that all phone cards in Best Buy store were expired. Card was returned after 2 trips to Best Buy store and 2 trips to t-mobile store

The box says works on any plan but it is only for prepaid service. I had to go to a tmobile store to start service. This sim card sits in a drawer unused.

They did not advised me that this sim would lock my phone, as soon as I insert it on a new iPhone

Bought this for use by a visiting relative. Did not work after multiple calls to t mobile

i didn't add time to this phone in time and lost the phone number , and the sim card became invailid ,after 1 month. that cost was a lost

USELESS! They won't let me set it up without a pin code. Best Buy didn't provide one!

I refunded this product. It didn’t work. Not sure why it didn’t work it just didn’t.
