Write the numbers on the sim down before you insert it. You’ll need a magnifying glass for that. T mobile may ask you for the number. The sim goes on the left side of the unit under the battery if I recall correctly.

Service is spotty at best.

Feeling confident in best buys recomendation, I proceed to purchase the T-Mobile sim kit; only to get it installed and activated resulting in horrible reception and service. I live in buncombe county, I installed it correctly, my system s are all currently updated, and still it locks down into emergency calls only. My bars go from half to zero with only moving the phone inches. To top it all off I was really looking forward to leaving a positive review and now I have to leave this one instead.

Easy To Use - Not Easy To Transfer Your Number

TMoible worked for 4 days, 10+ calls into support and they never were able to Port my number. Try another service, TMobile couldn't do it.
