I wanted an inexpensive easy to operate phone for my wife. It works with our pay-as-you-go T-mobile plan.

The phone is easy to use and a great price. Not good for texting or taking pics..

For those who don't want a smart phone. This phone is small and compact. The battery lasts a long time.

My father is 63 and loves his new phone. He's able to understand it. Best Buy the only place with it.

purchased for my senior hard of hearing mother who didnt need all the internet stuff. Primarily was to be just an emergency phone. The size of the screen and buttons have been a little more cumbersome than hoped for. Even when using the phone's 'hearing aid mode' she has had difficulty with having the right combination of hearing aid setting with it. Dont know if thats the fault of the phone or hearing aid. This is the old style texting input method of hitting a button multiple times to cycle thru letters so if they are going to text, that is a learning curve to deal with for newcomers to the cellphone world like my mother. but for others that these issues wouldn't be a concern, its a solid feeling phone that should work fine. camera is what you would expect on a flip phone like this so dont get rid of your DSLR. ha

This is a great flip phone for someone who uses their phone for making and recieving calls only.

I bought this phone for my mother and she is 85. She love the big button and easy to used.

does what a phone is supposed to. Make and receive calls (oh, and also texts as a bonus!)

Great starter phone, but has minimal technical issues at times.

My 70yr old grandma love the basic phone with little a new technology. Big keypad, easy to use. Sometimes, the phone need to reboot by turn off/ on to refresh and clear up the memory and phone signal...that for 3 star!

Large and easy to read keys great for the elderly.

We wanted to replace the flip phone for my wife and this turned out to be the perfect one for her. The only time we had a problem was when she had accidentally turned on the speech aspect and in the middle of the time it spoke "Battery Low"

Great phone for anyone who just wants a simple to use phone.

Purchased for my elderly Mom as a replacement. It has the capability of announcing the caller so you will know who's calling before you pick up the phone. It's a decent phone.

Bought the basic phone for parents. Simple and it works.
