The phone lasted less thsn a month. Started to make calls on it on, no sound will come on and no ring tone.

Most outgoing & incoming calls are distorted. will be returning for a different one. T-Mobile says its the phone & not my service.

The LG phone appears to be better quality than the Samsung phone it replaced.

Bought phone for mom (senior citizen) so needed something simple & easy to use.

I bought this non-smart flip phone to replace an old Samsung t139 flip phone. The LG 450 is a much better phone. The screen is relatively large, very bright and clear. Easy to see. The call quality and sound is good. There is a senior mode to boost sound clarity. The address book is excellent... it lets you store phone, emails, full home addresses, birthdays, memos etc. The battery life is very good too... a week+ on a charge with low to medium usage. I've only had it a week but so far I'd say it's a pretty good phone.

Screen cracked in pocket with keys in it still works but can't see time date unless I open it.

When it arrived the sound was muffled on both ends. Barely works now after a few weeks.

Started as a back up phone but it ended up as my main phone mainly because I don't need to look for places to charge the my phone. It feels good going back to basics, using a phone to make phone calls.

Works like a charm, exactly how you want it to. Bought it on the T-Mobile Network for my father to get on my family plan and he couldn't be happier. He wanted something simple and its exactly what he got.

I was searching for a flip phone for my 77 year old Father. His current flip phone got wet & was not salvagable. Our phone service provider no longer offered flip phones. I purchased a flip phone from an online store but it was alittle complicated. The Lg 450 was recommended by a few people. I contacted a representative at Best Buy for assistance because I believed the phone I purchased was locked. He too recommended the LG 450. The order was placed & the price was reasonable. My Father is happy with the phone and overjoyed to find out he didn't lose his contact as he previously thought. Thanks so much for making my life a little easier in my search for a suitable phone for my parent who isn't smartphone savy.

I already have a smart phone but wanted a basic flip phone that I could use when my office forwards calls to me. I had been using an ancient Motorola flip which still worked well, but it was so old that it didn't have Bluetooth capability. So far this new phone is working well.
