i was looking for a unlocked phone. came to know it is prepaid.

Bought it for my daughter Christmas. She seems to like it.

no complaints from the kids. They have used it beffore.

This phone has a lot of problems.. It freezes while using it, the battery gets hot quick, it stalls while in use, calls get dropped, the battery life sucks, and it takes forever to charge fully.

I purchased this as a temporary phone, and love what I got for the price!!!

Great little phone if your on a budget, all the features you need in a phone.

Love my LG Leon phone. Take great pictures. I would recommend this phone to everybody.

This phone is a very very good deal. Paid $45 for it and it functions really well.

I've had mine for about 6 months now and I really like it. Initially I had a few issues like occasional lag time, etc. which were usually cleared up by a restart. My unit did not come with a manual so I had to learn from trial and error until I found one on line. I then found that the camera was set to a default of 1 MP and had to be manually adjusted to 5 MP which improved the quality of photos.Battery life was initially an issue which was improved with the Lollipop 5.1.1 update. I also installed the DU Battery Saver that greatly increased battery life and decreased charging time. I also regularly clear the cache, history, cookies, etc. to keep the memory from getting to loaded up. With these steps the Leon has worked flawlessly.

The biggest draw back is only 8gb of memory. That is not enough. Constantly having to delete apps or music with limited memory

cheap phone, should be priced for $50. Paid $100 and got disappointed. It's made to look fancy but it's cheap - poor cameras, rear camera even without focus (!), slow processing, smaller screen than other $50 bucks cell phones from LG. Get one star because in this highly competitive market the price certainly should be $50. Will return it. Also, T-mobile package doesn't have specs written, so even you read specs online or you're on your own. Guys in store just told me to buy it not knowing how bad it is.

This LG neon T-mobile prepaid cell phone is a great price

It seems as though LG built this phone to be a piece of junk, on purpose so that you would purchase a more expensive model. The phone takes forever to charge i.e. 12 hours; it drops calls constantly, it has no indicator light letting you know that you missed a call or have received a text message. I have owned LG phones in the past and this phone cannot compete with my 10 year blackberry or my previous 3 years old LG.

Bought the cell phone for my neighbor, who is not very informative, camera features are very simple to use.

This is a good basic smartphone. Gets the job done. Good for beginners or someone tight on budget.

I got a no contract phone because I didn't have a choice . If I did I probably wouldn't have . It would be good for you if you just want basics. Phone, messaging and maybe 2 or 3 applications . Memory is pretty low . Signal is kind of on and off . The camera is not that clear as well.

Fixed focus camera was a let down. Other problems may be due to cell provider or Android.

you get what you pay for not worth it only if u need a phone right away

this phone was poorly manufactured for a LG phone. I was dissappointed

Awesome phone for the price. Bought for my son because I do not want anymore payments on my Tmobilr account also if anything happens I won't get upset and LG makes pretty durable phones
