not a very good phone but I personally don't like windows phones

Good dependable phone does what I need it to do talk and text

Functions the same as any smart phone in my opinion.

When i opened the box, i was disappointed because it's too small. I bought this for my mom and she has a hard time using it.

It was a gift for my sister, it didn't work very well.

This is so bad product I don't want to buy like this any more in my life.

I'm impressed. I love this phone. I never had a windows phone before but that's all I want now. It's different and I'm all about having something different. I'd checked out the phone's manual online before I bought it and saw that this phone does a lot for only $25. I love that I can pin webpages to the start screen. It has great volume. And the phone is very fast. I love all the functions it has. My previous android phone was very slow and boring. I'm having no problems with my Lumia 435. It doesn't annoy me like my previous phone did. The camera is my only complaint. The selfie photos could be better. But there just may be an app for that though.

My wife lost her Nokia Lumia and I replaced it with this phone. It is a great deal for the price. All of her contacts and other settings synced to the new phone in less than 15 minutes. It was also quick and easy to have T-Mobile transfer this phone to replace the lost phone on our current monthly service. I just had to call T-Mobile and give them the new SIM card number that came with the new phone.

This is my second Windows Phone. It's too bad Microsoft was so late to the smartphone party because they have a really good OS. The problem with this phone is it does not support the 1900LTE protocol so in some areas the service is only 2G. Otherwise the 4G service from T-Mobile is supported where available.

Sound quality is crisp and clear! It does freeze in menu section sometimes, just tap the bottom edge of phone.Perfect size for hand or shirt pocket. Not being a Google phone it doesn't automatically suck up your contacts & photos!

Purchased this for my son who has never had a phone prior. He's not super tech-savvy but he's familiar with Windows OS and that made it easy for him to navigate on the Lumia. If you're looking for screen size, this is not the phone for you! However, it's very durable. The phone has been dropped several times and still no scratches or performance issues. Calls are clear, texting works fine, & no complaints with usage of apps (Facebook, etc.).

Bought this phone (for $30 and about $10 of talk/text/data time) so that I could keep in contact with my son and mother who went to Europe for 2 weeks starting the last week in June. (Cheaper alternative to using their own phones to keep in touch -- I did a pay as you go plan.) Seems to be a very nice Windows phone. (I've been reading mixed messages online about this phones ability to upgrade to Windows 10. After running the "Upgrade Advisor" app from the Windows Store the app states Windows 10 mobile is "currently unavailable" (if I'm remembering correctly). I still like the Windows 8.1 interface and will continue playing around with it to see what it can do.
