The phone is fairly nice. The service is not great in our area but it is still pretty decent as far as a wifi device.

It's my first smart phone but so far exceeds my expectations!

Excellent phone for a great price I love the phone.

I like the tiles on the main screen, which are user friendly. I like being able to change the tile colors. I change them to match the closest holiday or season - green for summer, etc. Also the keyboard is great because the letters are not too tiny. Also really like the online phone locator. Have used it many times.

It is a good phone with 4G data connectivity. You can also add external microSD card for more storage.

It is easy to use, and will pay if I need because no contract needed. It is good for senior peaple.

I purchased 3 for my sons who we thought would LOVE them. They "LIKE" them but some functions are behind their friends devices in 5TH, 6TH & 7TH grade. But as parents I'm fine, unfortunately upgrades may be in the VERY near future not sure if I will stick with T-mobile for that. Boost gave better options for recent upgrades at decent pricing.

It can do lots of new things that I haven't taken advantage of because I only want to be able to dial 911 if I'm out and about and need help. One of these days, before I take a vacation I'll check out the camera. At age 66 I don't text or tweet and I do email on my lap top so all my immediate needs are met.

Three members of my family use this phone. T-Mobile is my carrier. Great to search online, for emails, texting and taking photos. Very reasonably priced, Best Buy offers them for about $20.00 less than Walmart. Very happy with the purchase.

No paperwork came with phone on how to use. Had to go to the T Mobile store for instructions.

Bought this for a 2nd line for work. Was not expecting much but works really well.

I needed a phone that was simple and reliable that my mom can use and this phone serve that purpose. Don't be fooled by the price this is a fully functioning smart phone. The icing on the cake is no contract with this phone.

The phone is great for a young person who is just getting their first smartphone.
