When on a budget, this is a very good phone. Can't do some of the things my more expensive phone could do, but that phone is dead.

Overall I am very happy with my phone. There are a few minor issues like sd card slot doesn't recognize sd card, touchscreen doesn't always respond, & you have to open pictures twice to view them. Sometimes the phone frustrates me but for the price still a good bargain.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He was really looking at windows os. I promoted this one though. The brand isn't top of the line, or well known yet. Which I enjoyed because I don't like paying for just brand names. By the next day he was all about it.. Good battery life, smooth os, wasn't polluted with extra apps. Last week sometime he awoke with his phone in the middle of an update. Afterwards it was useless. CONTINUOUS pop up menus of "sorry, IPservice.com has stopped.." When he was lucky enough for app menu to appear pushing settings caused another pop up of sorry settings has stopped. We went back and forth between best buy and T-mobile for 2 days and didn't get anywhere. Because it was a gift purchased between a date range set by best buy , returns were honored until January 15. Thank goodness best buy gave me a special extension on this.

The only thing I have found about this phone I don't like is that I can't find a case for it, like an Otter but not necessarily that brand. It suits my needs very well otherwise in ease of use.

I like the phone because it is thin and light weight. Quality camera. My only issue is that the phone sometimes freezes but I think it is because I use a lot of apps. The phone is worth purchasing don't expect some galaxy level phone but for a no name brand it's a pretty good phone.

It gets the job done, nothing flashy and a little slow, but it does the job

For the price you are getting your monies worth. It is not only reasonable in price but you can buy a warranty for under $10.00 which covers you for two yrs. Can't beat it'

The quality and the phone itself is great to own. So far I have had no complaints of the phone not doing it's job. On the purchase box of the phone it says what it does and it's no lie. This brand is really good because I've bought the previous phone which is the 3G and it was great (I loved it). But, this updated 4G is also very good and well built (Love new updated 4G Phone that was purchased). So if your looking for a nice descent phone "I highly recommend this phone to be purchased". You won't regret it and will enjoy it anywhere and wherever you go (Take it easy, Take care, Have a safe/wonderful summer 2014 Everyone). :)

This smart phone is such an amazing value! I use this phone for personal use as I am home with my children, and I really don't think I needed all the technology, nor the high price tag associated with most new phones. The picture and sound quality are amazing and I think the size is perfect as well. I recently read an article about how in other countries there are so many other smart phone options than in the U.S. and that really prompted me to pursue other choices. I am glad we stumbled upon this smart phone gem, and I will consider a similar choice when my oldest is ready for a phone. I think the features are on-par with other phone choices out there! Truth be told, I am still getting to know all that the phone offers and I am constantly surprised by what this "value phone" can offer!

Good cellphone for basic necessities such as phone calls and texts messages, agood think it is an android phone, but it has a low quality screen , kind a little blurry compare to other phone brands, this phone has a very good reception, very good connecting to other Bluetooth devices and WiFi connections

Phone quite working less than a month after purchase. I liked the size of the phone and it seemed to work well. Had a lot of great programs that came with it. All of a sudden it froze and then that was it. No more phone could not do anything with it. Took it back and had to replace with a different phone.

I had to buy this phone twice in the same week that I bought it. It randomly turned off and never turned back on again, even when I put it to charge. The camera can't focus, so the pictures come out a little blurry or of poor quality. There also has to be a lot of light to take pictures, and when the lights are just slightly dimmed, you can't see anything through the camera.

The apps are good. Watching in VIKI is good but still slow whe. Downloading apps. Google made good programs on these which are easy to use. But this phone`s camera should be improve because it's blurry. Plus the on/off switch should not be used in waking up the phone. Another, issue it is hanging... I love the programs on this phone.
