    The touchscreen is horrible. When you press 8 on keypad, it picks up 5 and so on. Camera lacks auto focus. Overall I would rate this phone 2 star out of 5 star. I bought 3 pieces and one of them died within a months time. Alcatel basic phones (non-smartphones) are better than their smartphones. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

  • It's an OK phone but not a smart phone

    First one the touch keyboard didn't work right so exchanged. After playing with the second one for a few days found out it's NOT compatible with my favorite texting app, shopping app, even my bank's mobile app. The bundled navigation kept freezing. Returned.

    My phone was broken in 40 days. I picked it up in store on Nov 16th, and today Dec 26th, it's broken. Cannot be opened!!!!!! BestBuy should explain it, I think
