Needed a featured budget phone for kid, need not look further..

I thought it was a great color. Sales staff was helpful. The phone camera is not great but adequate. the screen is okay and the speed is just average for this phone.

Great solid phone for anyone on a budget or to get the kids something to play with. The memory it comes with isnt alot. So an SD card would really help. Other then that. Worth more then then price

After the useless apps that are pre-installed by T-mobile, there is no room for much else. After less than 2 months, we couldn't even update the apps already installed due to lack of memory; much less add any new apps. Only had 2-3 pictures saved on the phone, no videos, or music. Useful to make make calls, nothing else. Very disappointed!

I bought this phone as a temporary replacement for my broken phone but it has turned up to be my favorite. I love it.

I needed a phone that could work right off the shelf. I was able to download all the apps I need and there is a memory card slot. I did need help installing the Sim card in the tiny slot. Overall great value.

I have only been using this phone for 1 month, and during a road trip across the country, the headphone jack failed. It no longer registers when something is plugged in, and there is no tension to keep something plugged in. I have a bluetooth audio adapter, so I worked around this issue in my car. My second gripe with this phone is the poor GPS functionality - I use google maps / directions frequently, and this phone was unable to tell whether I was on main roads or frontage roads that were over 150ft away. I have had to fall back on my Garmin Nuvi (with out of date maps, but flawless GPS reception) due to this phone. I guess you get what you pay for - I am letting this plan lapse, and going with a better phone / different carrier.
