This phone had an amazing external speaker, but my biggest problem with it is the windows 8 phone OS. Android is far superior.

I expected more from the phone. I knew when I bought it that it didn't have a front facing camera but I didn't think I'd miss it this much. Also, because it is a windows phone, it has like zero apps that I'd actually want to use. So if you want snapchat, instagram, and other useful apps, get a droid or the iphone.

Love my cell and easy to operate. Perfect size for me.

I love Nokia and this phone is good except I have issues with windows 8

I have always been a windows phone fan but now a Nokia loyalist too. I hope they continue to make great devices based on Windows that are so much productive compared to android(icon mess) and iphone(expensive toy).

Look great for the price standpoint. I am not looking for a big phone and this phone doesn't look cheap. I wished verizon had the windows phone in this size as well. The picture quality was ok, but it's not considered as a flagship phone so it's understandable. I wished there would be more apps like iPhone or android.

too short battery life, needs to be charged at least every hour

Good replacement phone. Ot a lot of apps and games to choose from. The camera quality is terrible.

This Is a great phone for a beginner windows user. The downsize is that there is no front camera.

This is a Windows 8 phone. We already have some Windows 8 PCs so we're already somewhat familiar with the Windows 8 User Interface. We're satisfied with the phone and the available apps.
