Phone was purchased for my 13 year old. It's a perfect upgrade from an android.

Like the phone, wish it was a few inches bigger and maybe more apps in app store.

Window's phones are annoying to work with and the home screen gets boring.

I like my nokia lumia better than my Iphone 4s it is a lot more reliable and every thing works the way it is supposed to.

So my iPhone went down, my insurance and buy back expired, I was short on $$$ and needed a phone right now. This is where this phone came in handy. It was not my iPhone, but was just good enough to hold me over and do what I need a smart phone to do. It's a great filler phone.

I like it. The camera features are fun to play with. I can get my email and text messages easily.

I bought two of these phones for my children. They are enjoying all the apps and how easily they can manage it. The only thing is that the camera has no flash. Therefore needing enough light to get a clear picture. With that in mind I think its a good purchase for a child.

This phone was bought as a temp replacement for my mom. She had broken her phone and needed one immediately; the phone is cute and compact but isn't a good fit for my mom because she has larger hands. The real problem my mom had was that the camera has no flash.

This is a great phone, but the phone should of come with a set-up book for quick references, instead of making the user search on the web for set-up techniques. Apart from that, I am happy I bought this phone.

I bought this phone to take advantage of T mobile's new global plan. While traveling in Italy and United Kingdom due to absence of a signal, I discovered through research Nokia 521 has a known bug. This is discussed is several forums and T mobile's own help pages. After making wireless calls the phone becomes useless and fails to pick up cellular signal. Even though some users able to rectify this by restarting the phone I never had such luck. The phone remained signal- less throughout my journey. Another fact I did not like about this phone was the slippery back cover causing it to keep falling out of my hand. There are too many choices out there so I decided to take mine back.

Needed a phone for all my crews that would be highly useful, and not too bad to replace if lost or damaged. Lumia 521 is it!

This is a great deal if you're looking for a basic smartphone. I have the $30 per month plan with unlimited text and data, and 100 talk minutes. Perfect alternative for those who don't want to sign a contract.

This phone is perfect for a teenager. And also there is no contract so if they misbehave I can take the phone from them and not worry about the contract

This phone got a screen is nicely sized , good touch, and beautiful color. Voice quality is clear and true. The price can't be beat. But frustratingly, most of the apps I needed are only written for either iOS or Android.

This is my first windows phone. Its kinda confusing but in time i'll get it. The phone is super slippery. But for the price im not complaining..
