The phone worked fine while spouse was in the hospital in the city. But once home every time I tried to dial a number it just wouldn't dial. Was told I'd have a fair signal here at home. And would work great when I had the Wi-Fi calling going. That didn't work either. So quickly returned it to store and bought a ATT/Go phone and that works great here. Android so far in my opinion is a lot better than a hard to understand Windows phone. Best they stick to computers where they excel. Am happy with how Best Buy helped me get a phone that worked for me correctly.

Dear Best Bay, Thank you very much for your interest. If you are really interested in my feedback, I’ll be honest to say, that this deal was probably the most unsuccessful business in my life. I bought three telephones as presents for my family, but we can’t use them in Bulgaria. They are locked to Tmobile and the code is unknown. According to the recommendations I had, probably the telephone is good, but this does not help me at all. I’ll really appreciate if you can help me to use the telephones here. Best regards, ZK

I will never buy a Windows phone again ever! Couldn't transfer from old phone, had to pay to set up live account! No one on the web or phone company could help resolve any issues. I am returning this phone asap! You definitely get what you pay for! Was a Christmas gift for my daughter but it doesn't work properly.

So I have had the phone for 2months. The Win8 OS is great. everything I expected. My previous phone was an HTC HD7. Features that I miss are the flash/flash light, built in kick stand. I recommend buying a cheap case for the phone off of Amazon with a kick stand. the built in speaker is much better than my previous phone. I also could not beat the $80 price tag. There is not much memory on the phone but luckily there is a Micro SD expansion built next to the battery. I picked up a 32GB Micro SD card for $18 on Best Buy's deal of the day. I also plan to look for a better battery because the one included doesn't last very long.

Best phone I have ever had!

I have been an avid Android user for 3 years, promoting it to everyone. Lately, I have been concerned with the privacy issues of the company that develops Android, which shall remain nameless. :) I decided to buy an inexpensive Windows Phone and give it a test run. I am sincerely blown away that a budget phone can run this well. I can go all day and actually USE my phone now without the battery draining quickly, and it is very responsive and smooth. The sound quality is clear and crisp, and by far the best internal speaker that I have ever had in a phone. Windows Phone 8 is a marvelous OS! I think Microsoft just isn't marketing it well, because I have used Android and iOS as well, and WP is by far the best I have used. It's quick, has low hardware requirements, and the main screen is great with the customizable tiles. I know this isn't a review of the OS, but felt I needed to say all that in order to point out that even though this phone has lower hardware specs than most Android or iOS phones, it runs better than most because the OS has so little overhead. In this price range, you will not find a better phone that actually goes a workday between charges and completes tasks quickly. The screen is beautiful. The only two negatives I will point out are the lack of an LED flash for the camera, and it does not have the ability to act as a compass. Those are not bad trade-offs for what you get in return. Some complain that there aren't as many apps on a WP, but that is changing for the better, and most mobile websites are good enough to not even need an app for those. Nokia has amazing in-house apps, and they keep releasing more. The maps are amazing!

Good for money and easy to use

I got this one to replace my Android Samsung Galaxy SII which I gave it to my wife. The very first impression about this phone is light weight comparing to Galaxy SII, plus it's very responsible for every touch. I can't get it with Samsung Galaxy SII. Phone runs really smooth, no lag at all (perhaps I have not much apps installed on it). It's very easy to use with docking tile on start-up screen. Signal is way better than Samsung Galaxy SII, especially when I'm in highrise buildings. However, it you look for a phone to replace both traditional phone and camera, then this is not a good fit for you; picture quality is low. Another thing to consider is Windows Store; there is not as much apps as Google Play or Apple Store.

Great phone at a great price

This is a great phone for the price. Excellent call quality, so-so camera (no flash), and extremely easy to use. This is my first Windows device, and it was very easy to learn the interface. The app store is lacking in comparison to Android and Apple phones, but everything that I wanted was available - navigation, facebook, weather apps, etc. Battery life is OK for a smartphone. I'm not a very heavy user, but I do need to charge it daily. T-Mobile will activate the phone for use on a current plan, the phone doesn't need to be used as a pre-paid device. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase!

I shattered my previous Lumia 800 Screen so I downgraded myself by buying cheaper phone which doesn't require contract... but don't get fooled by price tag thinking this is low quality phone... It beats $400 phone with $100 price tag... Nokia done great job putting high quality device with such low price tag.. Love the sound quality ... screen size and offline GPS Navigation which doesn't require dataplan or phone signal. phone setup took me less than 10 mins from start to end... All I did put my old Micro SIM and entered Hotmail account ID on setup screen and my email/skydrive contacts .. calendar everything was setup just right. If you are T-Mobile and if you not getting signals somewhere in basement then .. just use Wifi-Calling feature.... Windows Phone Rocks .... I love it
