I purchased this phone for me as an second one and I have been thrilled with it so far! I like how everything is laid out for me and it's so easy to access everything I need when I have to use it!

I love the Nokia Lumia 521. My family has 2 more. because I bought them for them..I like the fact that it uses windows.

compare with the price, this is a pretty good choice. many apps and the GPS function is great. very user-friendly.

Bought this as a gift for someone. Likes it but it's no iPhone or Galaxy in terms of hardware. Windows phone 8 is very smooth though even with entry-level hardware. There's a reason why it's one of the most popular series of Nokia's.

If you are looking for a cheap smartphone then this would be a great option. I had purchased two of these phones when they were on sale.

This windows phone is easy to navigate. The learning curve was short and easy. Would definitely purchase again.

A bit limited as far as apps, because it's Windows, but still good otherwise. Very good camera, reception, and coverage. Has a lot of apps I don't need, but.... Good sized display, but feela a bit bulky..

Best 4G prepaid phone out there for the price! Better than alot of so called "contract" smart phones which are not as good or reliable as this one.

The phone is good, came with a great prince. You can download a lots of apps and music (depends you have a Microsoft or Xbox live account). Everything works very well. One thing that's is not great is the speaker system.

Like the phone, but have to get a different one, when the black ones are back in stock. The way the packaging is, did not realize it was white, until I had already purchased it, and the store was out of black models.

I received terrible service at the store. I requested a price match with Target, and the sales representative would not give it to me because the Target next to best buy is out of stock. I told him that other local Target stores have the items, he asked me to use the store computer to show him. Although I finally bought the item with the same price as Target but I spent more than 40 minutes try to convince him to do the price match.
