Christmas time... I bought 2 phones - and neither could be activated with T-Mobile (error message about Invalid serial numbers or SIM card numbers etc...) Two hours on the phone with T-Mobile and BestBuy.com (and bouncing around different people) and ended with the Online BestBuy.com support person admitting that BestBuy screwed up in how they "Activated the SIM cards" and told me I need to go into a BestBuy store in person. Add to that another hour in person in the BestBuy store, where the nice clerk was on the phone with T-Mobile getting no where. Finally... I finally (gently - despite my deep disgust with the whole thing by this time) suggested that she perform an exchange for me, which worked. The phones are fine. But it was a painful loss of 4 hours during the busy holidays for me.

A good, cheap phone that I can lose, break and replace on a monthly basis

Perfect size for me. Good quality. Replaced my original T-Mobile phone which was considered a dinosaur.

It is great for entry-level phone. Call quality is good very clear. For the price you can’t beat it. Battery life is superb up to 120 hours of standby time! Design is average and buttons seem to be ok.

We are pleased to have this way to call someone as we drive, not having to use hands

This cell phone is just what I needed for my use. Pay as you go is all I need in a cell phone, this phone fits the bill for that.

for persons who need a cheap and best phone for talk & text, this is the right one

The free Motorola flip I got c. 7 years ago was better than this phone. There is no video camera on this one. The phone does not save text entering preferences, they need to be set every time one sends a text. It seems to me they've made this phone intentionally inconvenient to use, perhaps hoping for upgrade business??? There is too much stuff on this phone that's not user friendly. I used my Motorola V360 for about 5 years, and an android for about a year and a half (till I drowned it). I bought this phone as a temporary phone till I get another. I would not recommend this phone unless you don't expect much.

If battery life is not working, and don't need a smart phone, it's not a bad choice. However, I would not recommend it if you're wire a large battery life. Expected charges phone every 3 to 4 days.

If you are looking for a basic phone, this fits the description.

The phone would be adequate for my needs--occasional phone calls & texts--IF there was always service available. So many times when I'm out running errands and someone calls me or I need to call home, I can't be reached or make a call because service is unavailable. Definitely not the phone to have for emergencies.

in my experience with this phone, it's a cheap phone. I have had several issues with it since I first bought it. I can't even connect in spots that have had full signal with my old phone.

the battery of this cellphone can only standby within 2 days and without any calling.
