    I was excited to get this phone after 2 plus yrs. WITH THE SAME LG PHONE, AND AFTER HAVING THIS PHONE NOT EVEN 10 DAYS THE AUDIO BECOMES A BIG ISSUE NO ONE CAN HEAR ME ON IT BUT I CAN HEAR THEM I HAVE CALLED T MOBILE SEVERAL TIMES AND AFTER TROUBLE SHOOTING AND T MOBILE DOING A REFRESHING ON THE PHONE SYSTEM THERE ARE STILL ISSUES! ! NEXT STEP ACCORDING TO T MOBILE A REPLACEMENT!! TIRED OF THE DRAMA. I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY HUNDREDS FOR A NEW PHONE !!!
