i read all the reviews and bought 2 of these phones one from walmart other from best buy and had same issues after a week people complained i sounded miles away and everyother word and i had to yell into phone . its a good phone but those issues made me give it a 2 star. samsung needs to fix this glich

Great phone for the money spent. I bought 2nd one for my daughter, she drove over the first one with her car and the glass cracked. It is tough glass but not enough for that.

Good phone for the Money,works great,but only four stars because it needs more storage. It has eightGB,but almost half of that comes pre-installed.

Wow great phone plus it cheaper then most new phone that are coming out

I get this phone because mine was broken and result that I never fix the other one.. This one is really nice and useful... So I decide to keep using this Samsung that I recommend if you need a phone cheap and rush...

Good phone for basic needs. No problem with talk, text, or calling.

Great phone. Might not be as fast as higher-end Galaxy models, but well-made and fully functional.

The only thing it is missing is auto screen brightness adjustment. I don't have every app every created on my phone, so 8GB is plenty for me.

I bought this phone for my son it works great and thinking of getting one for my daughter now

Guys. watch out. Mine stopped working after 4 months and i lost the money. No Warranty Provided. Seams to me like the perfect way to get rid of junk phones that will stop working soon. Sell them cheap on best buy with no warranty.

I haven't had any problems with the phone. Works great

After about 5 days of use, the phone began dropping calls and then would lock up. Had to remove battery to unlock.

I have owned Samsung devices for 6 years and have never had a problem with them. The phone I purchased I believe to be defective with the screen cracking after just 2.5 weeks (I have never cracked a phone screen in my life and the phone was not dropped or mishandled). I spent over an hour with customer support and they were not able to process any refund request. The phone screen in my opinion was defective and Samsung's refund policy was unacceptable. I'm not sure if all the screen are defective, but mine was.

Added a SD Card and can't get apps to download to it. Very dissatified with this phone,
