Awesome, faster than my old LG, has plenty of memory, and very easy to operate. Has great features and getting online is at the push of a button. All I had to do is port over my old information and that was it! Great phone!

For being a budget phone it really is nearly as good as the higher priced Galaxies. A little slower and limited memory, but worth the price.

The phone is descent for a prepaid phone but there is some problems on the wifi and storage part. Its an on cell phone. The camera on the phone is ok on picture quality.

I was looking for a higher grade phone that wasn't going to break the bank and this is it. Best Buy employees just made the day even better. They took care of every question and were really professional. My compliments to all the staff.

I am very happy with this phone. It does all I need and more. Only thing I've come across that doesn't work is the feature for the camera to take a photo with voice commmand. Other than that, works great

T-Mobile Prepaid - Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G with 8GB Memory No-Contract Cell Phone - Gray is a great device. I would recommend this device . it has microsoft apps wi-fi, games news and many more.

Bought one for me and one for my wife. We both like them so much better than our iPhones. We especially like the ability to use an SD card to expand the storage space, and considering the price, this is a really great deal! We are also very happy to get away from iTunes. Now we can download music and store them on our SD card so much easier. Just the ability to get away from iTunes was worth the switch to this phone.

After years of using a Samsung Dart T499; this phone required relearning a lot. Seems to be a good phone for my needs although the battery runs down rather fast but I really1 like the bigger screen.

I needed a budget phone that tops the performance of the Galaxy Grand Prime's competition and this fit the bill quite well. My only disappointment, after owning it for almost a month, was the poor reception. I think I got a lemon and I returned it when I had enough of the frequent communication breakups and going back and forth to BestBuy for support. I have yet to see how well the replacement phone will work out for the long term. The customer service at BestBuy is also frustratingly slow, on top of all this hassle, and I will not likely shop for another phone there.

Bought this as a gift for someone else as they already had a T-Mobile cellphone plan. Phone was easy to setup and use right out of the box with no problems.
