  • Poor power-off keys

    I bought a T199 11/01/14. The manual had no info on selecting the right characters from the alpha-num keys for texting, or on preventing a freeze (which happened 11/06). 11/07 I began having trouble powering off--once had to try for an hour and a half. 11/09 I exchanged it for another T199; 8 hours later same problem with powering off. BB staff had trouble too, 11/09 and 11/10, when I exchanged it for a different co's phone.
