This is a phone for a nine year-old. I would only use this phone temporarily usage.

I dropped my phone was no longer useable, so I needed something quick that I could use until the insurance claim on my phone was complete. And the Zinger was only option because the store was not stocked with any other phone. It kept crashing because apparently my 6 email accounts was to much for the phone to handle and it was to small. Having big finger it was hard to even make a simple call.

It was cheap, not a good smartphone, feels a little bit lag between menus.

easy to use very happy with my purchase and would recommend if this is your first touch phone.

Picked this uo for my little sister to use, wifi only!

Very basic android. Bought it to get me by until my new phone came in. Not the best phone.

Does not have good reception and is hard to dial on

Only had the phone a little over a month and was a gift for my mom. It has the worst possible static and sounds on the phone throughout conversation. Don't recommend this at all!

This was the worse phone I have eve owned, it kept turning off by itself.

I recently brought this product from best buy for my dad who is new to the smart phone world. He had it for two weeks then I had to send it back to T-Mobile because it was defected.The good thing is they replace it with no problem....

it's a budget android phone. Don't have high expectations.

I bought this phone for its 4G capability on T-mobile. It meets my expectations in that regard. The colour quality is a bit disappointing but can't complain about the $40 price tag!

Bought for a teen, liked it! Never had a complaint.

Phone worked poorly. Constant static in the phone for any given call. Don't know if it was a bad phone or just that brand....

Good for basic app usage and emergency situations. Better deals if you're only a 1 phone user.

I bought 2 of these for my friend who is not into technology. This phone is basic enough for her to use with no problems whatsover. The phone is a good basic phone.

This item is a total piece of junk. Save more money and buy a used iPhone. My two cents.

Brass tacks here, for the cost, this is an outstanding no-contract smartphone. Seriously, you won't find anything as inexpensive or capable running KitKat. To be clear, it is NOT laiden with the best camera, screen, memory, or processor, (far from it) but if you are testing the waters with Android or need a quick replacement, this phone is plenty capable for very low cost. My only real beef with the design is that it is slippery to handle. I won't waste money on a case, but I won't be surprised if it picks up a scratch or two before I get my HTC One back from repair. Until then, it works great, and I will hang onto it as a capable backup or travel phone when it's replaced.

Its a temporary substitute for my wife's phone. We needed something small to last until her LG G3 came in after the iPhone broke. Good quality.
