Way, way too expensive for what it does

The build quality of this product is pretty good; no complains in this department. However, when I found that the genuine adapter could be had directly from Dell for half the price than this, you can bet I packaged it right back up. There is no need for this thing to cost so much. But, if you are in a pinch and you have no other options, this will do the job and do it well.
