No adapter to fit my NEW Dell Laptop 2n1

Sales Rep at Best Buy was positive this adapter would work for my new 2n1 Dell Laptop/Tablet. It DOESN'T. I could understand if my laptop was an older out of date model, but it is almost new, less than 6 months. Called TARGUS who said we would have to BUY direct from them an adapter to make this work. By time we got back to a town with a Best Buy... it was too late to return item. BE SURE TO GO ONLINE WITH TARGUS TO CHECK YOUR COMPUTER MODEL OR RISK BUYING SOMETHING THAT WON'T WORK.

Not capatible with Dell laptop computer

A perfect fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC and when I went on vacation this summer I realized I packed everything EXCEPT the power adapter and cord. I pulled out my phone and with the Best Buy App I found a store around the corner from where I was AND they had the adapter in stock. I like that it is a universal adapter as finding one JUST for my PC would not have been possible with out mail order. With in an hour I was back in my hotel and plugged in. Now I keep this spare charger in my computer bag so it will always be with me when I travel.

A life saver

Being 500 miles away from home there was no turning back. Lucky there was a Best Buy down the road. Since it comes with 6 different tips, this will make a great backup for all my laptops.
