There are bad reviews for this product that only get a bad review because the product was broken already or they are trying to cool their laptops down by like 10+ degrees which is absurd. This product is perfect for having on your lap and for dissipating the hot air that comes out of the laptop. 10/10 I recommend

The item works very well. I love more the inbuilt cooling system. I was hesitantat first but now I don't regret buying it especially at a reduced price.

I am pleased with my new cooling system that I purchased from Best Buy! My laptop gets too hot, so this cooling base keeps it from overheating. I highly recommend it!

lightweight, plugs into USB in your computer, suggest buying AC adapter since it will drain your battery quick and I have an 8 cell LI battery. Fits easily into a good size laptop carrying bag. My suggestion is to purchase the AC adapter on ebay, radioshack or other electronics store, if my memory serves me right BestBuy did NOT sell the AC adapter for this.

Easy to use right out of the box. Plugs directly in to laptop so turns on when laptop is on. Works great
