Works great but the air flow is low, the USB ports make it worth getting.

Needed something to cool my laptop, but didn't want to sacrifice a USB port. This product allowed me to add four more USB ports via the back of the stand - win! The only problem I have had is that the raising and lowering mechanism doesn't always hold in place.

Good little product. Probably doesn’t do much for laptop temps. These coolers are more of a ploy than anything. But keeps base cool and lets you have a good platform for you laptop.

The fans on the chill mat make a constant hum, but I am used to that now. The height of the mat has changed the angle at which my arms are leaning, which may be a problem for folks who suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome. I like it especially for the extra usb ports on the back. I have a backup drive plugged into one of the two ports on my laptop, and the other port is hooked up to the chill mat, so if the mat didn't have extra ports, I'd be out of luck for a port for my mouse or any other accessories! The extra usb ports are great!

Great, comfortable, and easy to use item. Keeps the computer heat off your lap. I love the fact that I can adjust the height of the keyboard.

The product does as advertised.. it has two little fans and air holes that help keep your laptop cool. Previous versions of the same were a bit more "sturdy" but also heavier and bulkier. The last one didn't make it past a year... hoping this one will.

I bought this for my son as he needed a new chill mat-his old one was too loud. He was thrilled that it had 4 usb ports and its very quiet.

I had recently purchased a Toshiba laptop with a 17" screen. Since this laptop is so large, the heat build-up was unbelievable. Setting up the Targus chill pad was simple, easy to adjust and does the job of assisting the dissipation of heat. Thanks Targus.

Adjustable height. Keeps my Alienware cool even when playing games. Has extra usb ports if you need them which I haven't yet. It feels somewhat flimsy (bounces some) when I put/move my pc on it. This could be because my Alienware is heavy. This probably wouldn't be an issue with pc's that weigh less.

After trying a few different cooling fans in the 10 - 30 dollar price range, I finally sucked it up and bought this one. My computer overheats very quickly when I play The Old Republic, even when it's just on a table, and the previous fans I've tried haven't helped very much. They would help for a little while, but I'd still end up in overheat mode. I ended up aiming extra fans at the computer, and trying other stupid tricks to try to keep the computer from having a meltdown. Since I finally shelled out the fifty bucks for the Targus chill mat (and fifty dollars is a lot to me, but I'm relatively poor), my computer has not overheated while playing video games. It seems more efficient than the other models so far, and I'm happy to not have to worry about breaking my computer. It stung my pocket initially, but I feel like in the long run it will be worth it.

This fan is so much better than the other fan(s) I've tried, the adjustable tilt top puts my laptop at a much more comfortable level without sliding off. A little noisy, but you get used to it.

I needed to have my laptop at an angle in order to keep my neck from hurting. This has done the trick. I love the extra USB ports.

very easy to connect ,cools efficiently , 4 hub in back is great and height adjustment is good.

Didn't notice any drop in temp using this stand. There is no fan control or power control on it so I have to unplug the USB cord on it to turn it off. I have an MSI 18" gaming laptop and it fits fine on it, but it just isn't powerful enough to cool it down. It's fairly noisy considering it's size and the small fans in it. I don't recommend it. Find something what with bigger fans, LEDs, and a fan control dial or switch on it. This is way too over priced for what it is.

Needed a replacement for my current broken down one. This one was available same day so I ordered and picked it up. Pretty reliable, works great. Laptop doesn’t heat up like before.

I purchased this a month or so ago and use it daily with my laptop. I have a 4 year old custom gaming laptop that has been overheating for almost a year now. I had already bought the compact air to keep dust out, but it would never last more than 4 hours. I was a bit skeptic when I first bought it since the fans weren't near the corner where it was overheating the quickest. Within one weekend of playing World of Warcraft for 8-12 hours in a day non-stop, it proved its worth and continues to. I highly recommend this product.

Seems to keep the laptop cool, the fans are a little loud

Its definitely not worth $75. I saw online that it was $29.99 but in store it was $75. They did price match it but they woukd have been more than happy to take the $75 from me. So alwaya make sure you check the online prices before you buy stuff. But the product does what its suppose too but not worth $75

My laptop was runnjng hot and needed some qay ti cool, Despite the price this solved my issues and i would recommend it if you can get it when it is on sale or via price match.
