Easy-to-use, great product the only thing is that it doesn't have usb type C

I purchased this stand to replace one I'd had for some time that just stopped working. While this was a bit more expensive than the original, it's much better - better made and quieter.

This is a low-profile adjustable cooling stand that is relatively quiet and has four bonus USB ports. I'm very happy with it.

I mean there isnt a ton of laptop cooling out there so this is good compared to others ive tried but its still plastic so you have to be carefull if you plan on adjusting all the time

Great item. Reliable cooling pad. USB ports are a bonus.

Its been great but the computer can still get pretty hot even if youre not doing anything strenuous with it so make sure youre still pacing yourself with whatever youre doing

My computer runs hot and I am not interested in buying a new one yet. The cooling pad does a good job keeping my computer cool in the meantime.

I just got this product. It came highly recommended by sales rep at Best Buy. I haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but so far, so good!

fan works great without being loud, love that it adjusts

Good design with ability to change the angle, but the fan is loud. I was expecting it has the ability to change the fan speed so that it is not that loud.

I LOVE this cooling pad. It allows me to use the computer for long durations of time.

I bought this item when my laptop's fan stopped working and before I set up my new computer. It seems to do the job of keeping my computer cooled, but sometimes the noise of the fan is incredibly loud. Turning it off and then on sometimes repairs the issue. I will likely give it away as soon as I have my new computer fully operational.

This helps alot. The laptop doesnt go slow no more or hot.. Thanks to this.. Is perfect..

Seems to do a pretty good job, although my laptop feels a little hotter to the touch with this one versus the regular targus chill mat

The plastic is light weight and the USB hubs are pretty handy. Using on my home - office desk

The product works but you can't seem to get the right angle loved the cooling component but again angles that it allows were not right for me
