    This chill pad works great. My laptop suddenly decided it was going to start getting hot and overheating a lot, but this chill pad had stopped that. It really keeps my laptop from getting too hot and shutting down when I am busy.

    The targus laptop cooler has worked perfectly ever since I got it, however there is one issue, because it struggles to stay on a specific height setting sometimes.

    This product has a great cooling system, and is well-worth the money. I love that there are four USB sockets on the back. My only problem with it is the fan noise upon connecting the pad to a laptop. It only occurs occasionally.

    I think it is a very fine product. I have no problems with it. IF I use all the additional ports it slows down my laptop. It is nice to know I have access for additional ports.

    I have used this product for a month, and it has been great for keeping my notebook cool. I have not had any issues and the extra USB hubs help with any attachments that I have to make, like my CAC card reader and iPhone cable.
