Works fine most time, but does start up with noisy unbalanced fan occasionally. Could have a higher CFM rate for higher power CPU laptops like my 4 core. Runs OK at idle but when laptop is under use core temps rapidly rise into upper limits for laptop operation.

This chill mat is reasonably priced and easy to use.

not the set tilt cooler pad i had previously bought from Targus. other cooler pads from Targus are better made, this cools, tilt adjustable and plenty of additional USB ports so... you get what you pay for

I'll be honest, I have no idea if this actually cools my gaming laptop because I've never thought about seeing if it actually decreases the temp, but it's a great sturdy stand that isn't trash and fake feeling. Great for the price and saves my wrists.

I installed it without any issues. I like the extra USB ports and the fact when I take my laptop I don't have to disconnect all those cables.

Excellent chill mat. Very quiet and the extra features are a plus. the 4 port USB hub and the multiple adjustable angles give you a lot of flexibility for different users of this product.

My computer is not overheating as much as it used to.

I got this for my mom. Her laptop gets very hot and the double cooling fans help keep her computer running without overheating. The angle is perfect while on your lap or on the desk.

It's easy to set up and have 4 hubs to connect usb.

I have a 2009 macbook pro and worry about it getting too hot. i love that this chills and the usb ports are awesome since my Mac only has 2. I can get it at an angle like i like it.

I bought one for myself. My sons kept borrowing mine constantly for their laptops. I got tired of looking around the house for mine, so I bought two more. It keeps our laptops cool.

Overall serves its purpose to keep a laptop cool on flat surfaces... not to great at actually being used on your lap but it is do-able. Doesn't seem to affect battery life too much which is a huge plus :-)

I've had it less than a month and one of the fans is off balance and making that broken fan rattling noise. It's poorly manufactured garbage with a big price tag.
