The cooling function works just fine. But without the AC adapter, using the USB hub puts a drain on the USB bus on the laptop. I was VERY disappointed that Best Buy does not carry the AC adapter for a product that they sell.

Wish the fans were stronger but it does what it says on gang

I didn't think these cooling pads really work but I was pleasently surprised. My laptop is straight up chillin

I live in Miami and it is hot most of the year, this cooling fan helped me a lot, my lab top used to freeze a lot but not any more, the fan has some hamming noise but your ears is going to ignore it after a while.

This is too small for my laptop even though it said it was the proper size. It is uncomfortable to put on your lap because it's all hard, ridged plastic... think of an ice cube tray. You have to keep it at an angle if you want it to ventilate, and most importantly because it's at an angle my laptop slides right off of it. There is no grip holding it in place. So, while sitting on the desk, propped up at the angle, it slides right off. Thankfully I noticed that before it crashed to the ground.

My computer recently getting hot so quick after my son took my old the one. I bought this one it work well.

This pad does everything that I need it to. Plus it has four extra usb ports for everything I need to hook up

Nice perforated laptop stand. My laptop seems to breathe better and keep it cool even when not utilizing the built-in fan. The fans dont have any power at all but it does get keep the air flow going somewhat. Bought on a sale so im ok with it. Wouldn't buy at full price.

This is the second one i bought and the left fan keeps making a weird noise and its not quiet. They use 2 tiny gpu fans to cool it which is the worst way to go!! Plus when i bought this in store it went on sale a week later. Bought it for $70 and it went on sale for $40 or $50 like a week later. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I cant even add a video to show what the noise sounds like its so loud and obnoxious

Extremely pleased with my purchase, it has adjustable height and multiple USB drives in the rear.

Has lots of ports for different cables and it raises up for those who like their keyboards at an angle.

This chill mat is easy to set up and works fine for a while. However, after about 3 weeks, mine started to make grinding noises when I plugged in the fans. The noise goes away after a while, though.

I think this is an excellent product. It is much nicer and works much better that my old laptop cooler.

The fans strarted making grinding noise after 2 months its very disturbing noise and very loud

Keeps my laptop running cool giving me peace of mind when gaming does make a bit of noise since it is two fans but it’s adleast 5-10 degrees difference

I wouldsit my chair and watch tv with my husband,before I would do it on those tables and my back would hurt .Play all my games with my grand kids.

This product cools my Macbook Pro efficiently. Doesn't even allow the laptop to get hot at all.

Works great and is nice to have extra usb ports in it.
