Liked that it had double fan but the fans are not very fast. Also, I was very excited about the adjustable angle of the mat but it very easily flattens. Not a bad buy, just not great either.

Was intended to replace another cooler pad. This one is best used on a not so hot computer with only 2 small fans on it. Yes, it works, which is to say it blows air, but my original cooler pad blew air much stronger with 4 fans keeping it much cooler.

My review is this is overall a great product and I saw fast results with the temperature of my computer dropping after its use.

Would not buy nor recommend because some of the ports quick working and I have to unplug devices and move to another port, until it stops working again, then move again and it is a real pain

It had no power supply included or a physical off button, unlike previous versions. What is good is the ability to angle it for better viewing. They could have included quieter fans.

this is a great product. . I took my computer to geeks what's after the c_p_u went out due to the cooling fans shuting off.

Awesome concept! This allows you keep it cool and adjust the height for visibility. Perfect for relaxing in your bed.

My laptop was always running hot before I purchased this. Now it is cool to the touch and has improved it's performance.

Overall I think the product works, but it was not made to hold the large 17" computers that are heavy and bulky. When trying to use the tilt feature the computer slides right off.

It is good to have when you do not but your laptop on the table. To keep high performance for your laptop and cool.

After I bought this one for me, I ordered one for my son. There is no hindrence for the fan to operate from your laptop.

Hopefully the investment is indeed worth the deferred hardware maintenance/replacement costs. Only time will tell.

Chill matt is good for keeping laptop cool. It is a little cumbersome if you need to move your laptop frequently.

My computer is getting old and I noticed that it was getting warm quickly. This product helps keep it cool on my lap.

Great sound and picture. The internet connection is never faulty and doesn't affect performance. I love it.

The cooling pad has a nice robust design with multiple angling positions. Only problem is that it has noisy fans and it doesn’t deliver the cooling dispersement I expected.

Overall this chill mat does what it is supposed to, don't like the noise fan, wish it would fit my 17.3 laptop better.

I wanted a nice comfortable mat for my laptop and this one hasn't disappointed me.

It is the best chill mat that I have bought. I have tried others but they don't compare to this one.

Seems to keep the laptop cool enough for the few hours it's in use. Not too loud like some fans can be.
