Does the job but annoying sound

Very loud to the point where I thought my houses heater was making the sound, just for me to realize the noise went away once I unplugged the fan.

Very Disappointed

This thing is a cheap pice of junk,the built in fans literally do nothing other than restrict airflow and make your laptop hotter. I will be returning this thing

Says it will accommodate up to 17" laptops, but don't even try it. Your laptop will be substantially overhanging on all sides, if it could actually handle the weight.

Posted .This chill mat is compatible with most 17" laptops as long as the dimensions do not exceed 14.00" x 10.50" x 1.00" (W x H x D). Although, made of plastic there are some metal supports to help with weight of laptops. Some reviewsof this chill mat complained about fan noise for this item but based on my past experience I bought it anyway. The amount of noise from 1 of the 2 fans was worse than the noise from my old chill mat. It could easily be heard from other rooms. If I could have given it a rating of no stars, I would have.
