I love how this cooler has an added usb hub seeing as how my computer has only 1 usb 2.0 port, its quiet and how it can put your laptop at an angle i love that. It is a bit pricey though, $50 is little too much.

The extra USB ports on this chill mat are nice but it can raise a laptop a little to high if you are using the laptop key board and not and external. This is louder than the the regular laptop fans.

We were looking at docking stations for our laptop and realized that this product gives us enough ports on the side that we could use it instead of spending more than twice as much on a bonified docking station. We use it along with a separate, very large, monitor and now have two screens. Plus it does keep the laptop cool.

I liked this overall, I discovered that it made my laptop more comfortable at my desk with the height adjustment, loved the additional USB Ports and it did a great job Cooling my laptop. However, The Noisy Fan was Aggravating, I couldn't concentrate on my computer work and my husband warned me that the noisy fan will cause stress to my laptop. I'm disappointed with the noise. If you can bear the noise... It's Great!

Bought this to help with my laptops graphics card overheating & "wigging out" giving me an error code. It use to happen once or twice a day, I wouldn't lose any data, it would freeze, reset & then go back to normal. Since I've had this Chill Mat it rarely happens. I also love having the extra USB ports.

Unlike other laptop coolers, this unit actually keeps the work area cool. You noticed the difference immediately as the hot air under the laptop is dispersed quickly and away from the unit. And the USB port makes this cooler practical and resourceful without adding to the heat index.

The chill mat does its job and the adjustable pad angle is a nice touch. There's also a lip to prevent it from slipping towards you. For the size of the mat, the dual fans could be little larger to help disburse the heat. The extra USB's in the rear is nice but there is one issue but cannot be certain if it could be addressed that is that when my laptop is asleep, if it's still connected, the fans will continue to run.

Chill Mat may not be made of metal, but it is easy to use and so very quite. You gotta appreciate the quite... It keeps the computer chill'n and allows me to adjust the angle of the computer for comfortable use.

The product overall was nice and effective doing the job it was meant to do, and along with that the best buy shipping handled the shipping fast and in good condition.

Great addition to my laptop. It tips so I can see the keyborad. ( I'm a hunt and peck kind of guy ) It turns on and off with the laptop, so it stays plugged in when I'm at my desk, or anywhere in the house. It does NOT need that terrible safeunplug thing that I always forget, anyway. The extra USB ports in back are also very handy for keeping the sides clear of stick out plugs.

I like the dual fans and it plugs to my laptop good, but my 17.3 inch Toshiba over hangs the sides.

Product works well initially. I question the long-term durability. Other reviews make me suspect this is not a long-term cooling solution. I made the purchase due to the lower purchase price with the understanding that a replacement may be required too soon.

While the cooling from the fan is questionable, the stand function works very well and is at a comfortable angle. The 4 USB hub works very well aswell. If only it had more than just 4 USB 2.0 slots...

My little laptop gets hot easy so when i seen this product at best buy i bought it for that purpose, however I seem to be to lazy to use it ,or I am in too much of a habit just setting the laptop on my lap::)

Fairly quiet and keeps the laptop cool! Not terribly small, but it is good for table use.

This laptop holder is great. It definitely keeps the computer cool. The tilt is perfect to keep the computer at eye level. Great for someone trying to keep good posture while seated. The noise of the fan is moderate. Also I love the usb connections because I can keep my mouse and speakers plugged up , making it easy to switch laptops without unplugging everything.
