The first one had the power cord (wire) break, and it quit working. That was because I took it everywhere I went with my laptop. It's important to keep that laptop cool. So, I now have two, one in my backpack and one at home. When I play World of Warcraft, the computer can heat up quickly, so the fan is incredibly important to me in protecting my laptop from heat damage

I love mine.

I like the quality and the quietness of the fan on the chill pad, in addition to the fact that it can be flat or you can choose the slant of the chill pad. It keeps my laptop very cool!

This chill mat does the job, is super quiet (don't even know its running) and was a good price. We looked at more expensive ones but this one turned out to do the job nicely!

This product is perfect for having on your lap and for dissipating the hot air that comes out of the laptop. 10/10 I recommend
