This is the second one I've purchased. The first one was making terrible squealing noises at times. This one did a couple of times but for the most part is is quiet and does a good job of cooling my laptop

I like the size of it. Fits perfectly with my 16" laptop. It works well. Being able to incline the laptop and adjust the angle is helpful.

Works like a charm baby. Got it for my girlfriend because she does a lot of work on her laptop and she loves it!

The chill mat works great for adding connections, but performance in cooling could be better. My notebook has upper and lower air vents on the bottom, but the design of the chill mat blocks some of the vents. There's enough clearance for normal air flow but the blocked vents don't get benefit of the forced air flow. The dual bladed fans aren't optimal for a chiller mat although they do move sufficient air for a 2%-5% overall cooling efficiency. That's not very much. The mat is adequate for cooling needs, but I would have been happier spending more for better performance and design.

I needed something cheap and not super Hightech to cool my gaming laptop. Works great; been using it for the past few months everyday. Worth every penny

This product is good for the money and does what it's suppose to do. I only wish it came with the power adapter to take advantage of the extra capabilities that it offers. Other than that, nice product.

Very quiet, and I love the USB ports. Never seem to have enough of those. Strongly recommend this product.

I bought this fan for my old laptop that tries to overheat whenever I use it. I've noticed since buying the fan that the laptop runs with much more ease than it used to. Swag. The pad isn't that bulky. The only con I would list is that you have to be careful when moving your laptop from place to place while using the chill mat. I always unplug it before I relocate. This way the fan doesn't make the weird noise. 5 stars recommended purchase.

Great build quality and has multiple levels of inclination. I'm not a fan of the fans, but it's a great addition that was built into the mat.

The rubber pieces already have come off in less than two weeks. Otherwise a good fan.

It is a very comfortable product for the laptop, I recommend it.

Does what it says. I lost a computer to overheating. Would not have happened if i used this.

If you own a 17' Dell Alienware, this chill mat is too small. The computer is larger than the mat. It is easy to setup, and is fairly standard quality for Targus. Just a sizing problem for 17" laptops.

Works great with my laptop that was getting hot on my lap before I started using this now it’s much more cool to the touch.

Not bad. Certainly helps. It would be better if you could control the fan speeds. Not very strong fans either. Could probably go with a cheaper option and get the same results.

The cooling pad is great and i love that it can tilt upward to give your laptop more room for airflow underneath rather than just pulljng air from between your legs

I was having a problem with my laptop overheating on my lap so using this changed that and now no problems.

This works very well. I had another one but with the addition of the 4-port USB hub is a nice touch.

My new laptop fits perfectly on here. It works great.
