It makes it easy to set in a comfortable position. I would have rated it a five star, except for the USB cord. It has no place to set it out of the way. Some others have a clip that stores the cord when not in use.

Broke in < 2 months

One of the fans sounds like it busted a bearing or something. Targus has a warranty, but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. It would cost more to ship this back to them than to replace it. The whole thing is made of pretty cheap plastic so I suggest you try to get something more robust if you can afford it. Hopefully the 2nd one lasts a bit longer.
