Even with the fans underneath I feel it still get's to hot when having on your lap. To me was a waste of my money I got it to keep my lap cool not the laptop still getting hot.

It is difficult to adjust height of angle. The fan is very loud which is annoying and can be heard when on Zoom.

I love this chill mat! It has an adjustable top and a lip to hold my laptop in place. The fan keeps my laptop cool and that is exactly what it is supposed to do!

It doesn’t work this well. It isn’t that sturdy and it doesn’t stay in place for more than a minute or two.

We’ve had it a little over a month and use it every other day if not every day. We are very happy with its performance and are very pleased with the purchase.

The Chill Mat + Laptop Cooling System with the 4-port USB Hub is Very Nice -- the Only thing that I wish could be improved on is that it is a little loud - but all in all - it helps the laptop stay cool during long periods of use.

Works well for my Mac book. I use it for my photography business and my computer was getting very hot, with the cooling pad I have not had any heat issues since I purchased it. Great product and light weight.

Keeps your lap cool, but does not cool the laptop. For laptops that generate high heat, this is good for the user if the device is on your lap or on a soft surface like a couch or bed where air flow is impeded by fabric and uneven airflow due to uneven airflow, but that is the design limit. Also, the price is nearly double for other cooling systems that actually cool, and also have temperature indicators and thermostatic control.

Laptop cooling pad is not great for a MacBook Pro 16". Having the 2019 model with the i9, it runs pretty hot during intensive tasks. Perhaps it is the design of the MacBook, but the cooling fan seems to get choked off when the laptop is on top of it. As such, there is almost now air moving across the bottom of the laptop which ruins the point of having a cooling pad.

bought a new computer so I needed a new chill mat, had lot's of features a a great brand, but had to return it because it sounds like a jet plane at start up and a bet less noise after start up, but it wasn't for me.

Its pretty noisy, other than that the fans do push enough air to keep our zen book duo pro cool enough while gaming. But again. Its pretty loud.

Mat is working but it's very noisy. I hoped that this annoying noise will disappear but it's still there.

I've purchased chill pads in the past and was never really impressed with the fan speed nor the air temperature. Instead this chill pad has a good fan speed and the air is actually cold which works wonders with the laptop resting upon it.

I have owned a previousTagus cooling stand. They were previously made more sturdy. Now all plastic. Sold to me to work with MS Pro4.... may work well with a regular laptop. Does NOT work well with MS Pro4.

I needed to raise my laptop, so I went to Best Buy. There was not a great selection, in fact, this was the only one there. Made by Taurgus, it is cheaply constructed-- all plastic, but expensive--$50.00. Has a fan system, but doesn't necessarily reach the vents on the bottom of the laptop--it depends on which laptop you have. 4 USB extra ports on back (don't use them), but they are all USB 2.0. Too bad they didn't put in some USB 3.0. I bought it because I had no other choice at the time and needed one quickly, and I guess it does the job for now.. Next time I will just go on-line.

Fans are very noisy. The computer is sold as a laptop, but puts out so much heat that it will burn your legs if you balance it on them

It’s perfect. The adjustable tilt feature is terrific. My gaming laptop stays nice and cool all day long now. I highly recommend.

I don’t want to give it one star but for the price to quality ratio, it’s a rip off. It’s a full plastic device and no control over fan speed, and on/off portions. The USB hub is nice but not worth paying extra for. If this was all mettle and at least had on off switch that would make it 100 times better. (Pay less for a different product)

This is a wonderful product. It helps keep my new computer cool. Also, the extra USB ports are great for plugging orher items up so it is very convenient.

This chill mat and cooling device is great addition to keep you machine running at a safe temperature. For the gamer that likes to grind hard this product will give you more hours of game time.
