This is the third one I bought from you because the other 2 didn't work. So far this one is working good.

It works really well, but sometimes the fan starts to rotate in a different way making a strange noise. It happens especially when you start your laptop with the USB connected.

it did work perfectly the first couple months then one of the fans stopped if i slap it softly it will go back to work and i keep doing this couple times a week

Fans went out and made a lot of noise after just a few months... thought was a little pricey for it to go bad that quickly

Don't use laptop much except when traveling. Set up now as back-up machine. Only fault is that the adjustment leg on one side doesn't lock. Clothes pin solved that.

I like this product. Very sturdy,doesn’t wobble when typing. Has made my neck and back happy no more looking down at screen.

I purchased this because it was adjustable. Instead of looking down at my laptop all the time, I was able to acclimate this to fit my needs. No more sore neck!

Works very well, however the tilting adjusters are janky like and could've been design better, however it gets the job done.

I bought another of the same because I need the 4 USB ports. The first one did a good job until after a few months the USB ports stopped working, one at a time.

Loud and obnoxious, GF says it doesn’t really help much, not really worth the money for anything other then more USB ports.

This product helps my laptop sit upright s that it's eye level and places my hands in a more comfortable position for typing. It also keeps my computer cool so that it's always running on max.

I Just want everyone to know before hand that it is a very cheap quality for the asking price. It also is very loud and does not seem to cool my laptop down at all. You should also know that the fan gets louder and more annoying at different angles. It might be good if you're at home alone and don't mind the noise but I have to have music on when I plug it in. Also I took it to work on my first day, that was a bad idea everyone hated the sound it made as well.

Pretty finicky. Didn’t cool as well as I hoped. The wire got in the way sometimes.

The sound made from the fan is louder than expected. During Zoom meetings, it is loud enough to be heard by participants.

A nice little tray although the fans tend to be noisy on start up. The extra USB ports in the back are a nice feature.

Not only does this product provide keep my battery cool it also allows me to elevate my laptop which eliminates strain on my wrist when typing. Several angles of adjustment.

My reason for buying this was to raise the monitor, but it was awkward and did not work well for my purpose. I ended up returning it.

It’s cheaply made and extremely loud. The oscillating sound gives me a headache.

Helped my sister out and quieted the laptop down while we waited on a technician to fix the fan problem.
