I got Chill mat on Sale so it was worth the purchase. I have not used the USB ports, but its ability to adjust the angle for the laptop make this a versatile mat that will allow multiple users to easily adjust to their needs and height. Its light weight, but bulky so if you intend to travel or move your laptop a lot then this may not be the best option. I have had several matts and this is by far one of the quitter models. If you see this on sale, then its worth the purchase.

Pretty bummed. The fans broke within a year and I definitely felt this product was overpriced at $70. I bought this for the extra USB slots and the adjustable laptop stand. But my biggest complaint is that you cant manually turn on/off the fans. The fans automatically start and are very loud. But I couldn't unplug the stand since I needed the extra USB slots. Kind of a bummer. Would not recommend. Probably best to find something cheaper.

Great device in protecting your laptop from ever overheating!!!! Let’s say it will surely lengthen the life of your laptop!!

I love this chill mat because the noise level is low. You can't hear it over the hum of the laptop. I am very careful when adjusting it because it does feel like it could just snap because it is light, but it is sturdier than I thought at first. The additional USB ports are helpful also. I have not needed to use all 4 but it is nice to know they are there if I did need them.

It is cool and I love how it leans the computer for easier use

the cooling is nice and comfortable but one of the fan is very noisy so I have to turn it off every now and then

It works about 95% of the time. Sometimes I have to mess with it to stay in a position. But overall it is great

I bought this to replace a similar Targus laptop stand. This is lighter and has more positioning choices than the older one. One small problem: if you pick your laptop and this item together, the adjustment is lost and you need to be careful, either in how you pick it up or when you try to put it down. The supports may not be in the same slot on both sides and it may be unstable. When the supports are in the same slots, it is stable as a brick.

Cools my computer great but one of the fans makes an awful noise at times. I have cleaned the fan and it will sometimes still makes noise. The adjustable table can be a pain to setup but once it is set it is good. The USB ports work good so far.

Although the first one I got was defective, had no problem returning it and this one so far works great.

Very nice item for an older computer that overheats a little. I'm happy with the adjustable tilt too.

My husband bought this for me because my laptop kept getting real hot. This device has a glitch in that the one fan makes a squeaking noise for a minute or two when it starts up. I unplug it and plug it back in a couple of times and it runs nice and quiet -keeping my laptop cooler. i am giving an excellent because my husband wanted to take it back right away and get it replaced but after it stops squeaking it is just fine. So I wouldn't take it back for exchange. I love that I can plug other things into the cooling pad to save ports on my laptop.

Does what I need it for. Honestly, I'm just using to sit my laptop on. I don't even use the built-in fans. It serves the purpose of allowing airflow to the vents on the bottom of my laptop which is connected to my desktop monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Due to the design, its not a good choice to actually sit on your lap for lengthy periods of time unless you are wearing jeans and/or have your legs covered.

My laptop was overheating and therefore was slow. Bought this and never have problem since. Love it

We had a normal cooling fan but out laptop was always over heating this one works alot better and has a more comfortable feeling being at an angle

My cooling fan in my pc died and this was the cheapest solution. It was noisy as all get out but did exactly what I needed it to do.

Has great chance to keep laptop cool and extra USB ports a great plus!
